Will the magnet effect my phone?
NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from Mac World they said "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics.” Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. With the magnet installed it may also affect wireless charging and electronic stylus operation. The magnet also may affect a hotel key but then again what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don’t set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key
Does this case come with a safety lanyard?
No. In order to keep with its minimalist form we do not provide a safety lanyard for the Predator case
What colors does in come in?
We have three colors to choose from, Black, Gun Metal, and Clear Anodized Natural Aluminum.
How easily is the case removed?
Very easy but handle with care. The Predator case is held together using 2 aircraft grade stainless steel screws. Since the screws are small they must be handled with care during installation and removal. We supply a torx wrench for installation and removal of the screws.
What is the purpose of the magnet?
The magnet is powerful enough to be used for a variety of things. Some of our favorites are to stick it to a fridge, tool box, corner bead of a wall for family photos, side of your car when loading groceries, golf cart when using GPS or our included magnetic car mount holder and much more. Many of our customers are in the industrial and law enforcement fields and use them on a forklift, industrial racks, police car, fire truck, navy ships and more. We are sure that you will find this case with its magnetic mounting amazingly useful
Does the magnet affect the phone signal?
No. The magnet has no effect on the phone signal, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or data speed

Does this case work with a glass screen protector?
Yes. You can use a Rokform RokGlass screen protector or most others. We have not found one yet that does not work with our case

Will the aluminum scratch my phone? ?
No. The interior of the case is made from aluminum and protected by a series of soft rubber cushions. The corners are made from the same material with soft cushion inserts in each corner
Is this real metal? Or is this just plastic that looks like aluminum?
We use only the finest materials. Our Predator case uses only aircraft / military grade 6061 T-6 aluminum that is Made in the USA. This is not a cheap plastic part made to look like aluminum. This is the real thing.
I see small marks in the aluminum. Is that a defect?
No. Those small marks are machine tool marks. Every Predator case starts life as a solid block of aluminum and it is machined into shape using high speed cutters. The marks that you see are from the cutter. Each case is slightly different giving it a very unique industrial finish
How many cases can you make in one day?
In each 8 hour shift one machine can produce about 16 cases per day. These are low production and very time consuming to produce. Every case is carefully inspected to insure you are getting the very best in quality style and protection
What other accessories will work with the case?
Any of our magnetic mounts such as our magnetic car mount (LiL Rok and BAM), multi tool stand, and just about any magnetic surface you can find.
